Like candy! Great amount of Vitamin C.
Whenever I am feeling like I may be coming down with something, I start popping these chewable Vitamin C tablets to get some extra C. They are great tasting – a tangy tart flavor that is very nice. Have been using these for years whenever someone in the household is feeling ill. They remind me of the old sweet tart candies. Great to suck on though you can chew them if you prefer. These are great for kids also as most of the chewable vitamin C (like gummies) have much less Vitamin C content and they are full of sugar.

Chewable vitamin c has always been good for me. And this chewable vitamin has a pleasant taste as well. Thank goodness. I always take it with MSN.But don’t eat it like candy. Need I mention why?

A TASTY AND QUICK WAY TO TAKE IN SOME EXTRA VITAMIN C, A VERY IMPORTANT VITAMIN.
I do not totally rely on this particular vitamin C as my main source, since it is only Ascorbic Acid, which is a synthetic version of the real thing. I use it in conjunction with a more serious supplement such as ESTER C, (which is complete Vitamin C complex). I also eat fresh foods as much as possible. But since vitamin C is so important for so many health issues, I don’t feel that chewing on these Ascorbic Acid tabs can do any harm. I am hoping they help bolster the immune system which is of utmost importance in the Winter months. I’m so happy this product is available.

These Kirkland Vitamin C’s, like several of their vitamins, has the USP seal – meaning that the ‘product and manufacturing has been independently tested, has verified ingredients and potency.’ I’m only hip on this due to the fact that Consumer Reports was hip on the same. They basically said not to buy a vitamin without the seal – so there you go.As for the TANGY taste. This is why I’m really writing the review. It’s Really Really Really Tangy. Too much so for my 40 year old taste buds. But – here’s the great news. My 9 year old loves them! Said they taste like sour candy – can’t wait to take em.Bottom line, best C out there as far as getting what you pay for. Adults can stomach them, kids will relish them.
