Nice smell but wish these lasted longer and were a better value
Iâve used these in different homes over the holidays as I visited family, and feel like I have some good insights to share about this product.The first time I ordered these, the package was opened. However, I had a much better experience once that one was replaced and I received a new bag of steamers. Here are some things to keep in mind before you use these:-Make sure your hands are completely dry before you grab a show steamer out of the bag. I see people saying it crumbles or itâs hard to get out of the aluminum foil. Yes, if your hands are wet or even moist, it makes it harder to get these steamers out of the foil. However, when I had dry hands, it was fine and I didnât have a problem.-If you have a door you can close to the bathroom, this will help make the aroma stronger. However, if you have a large bathroom or leave the door open, you will not smell it as much. I did this in different bathrooms and found closing the door to be the most effective.-I like to put in the steamer a minute or so before I enter the shower so the scent can fill the bathroom and I smell it as Iâm taking a shower. When you wait, it takes longer for the water to hit the steamer and for you to smell the eucalyptus.-When I put the steamer at the back of the shower, the water didnât hit it enough for me to smell the nice aroma. So, I decided to put it under a stronger water pressure and that helped.-I determined one of these would typically last 4 1/2-7ish minutes in the shower under medium or high water pressure. I didnât enjoy low water pressure but that would make it last a little longer.-My partner used these and she likes them a lot. In fact, sheâs been taking my stash secretly but I havenât said anything yet : )-These make me smile and feel like Iâm treating myself. So, therefore I like these a lot.-$40 for 15 of these is too expensive. And even on sale, which is currently taking these down to around $30, I feel these are pretty pricey. I think these should be $25-$29. I purchased some other steamers on Amazon as a gift and they are $17.99 for a 6-pack, but they are bigger, the packaging is nicer, and the smell is stronger/lasts longer.-My partner and I donât like that there is residue at the bottom of the shower from these if youâre taking a shorter shower. For example, she was in the shower for 4 minutes and some was left over. Just something to note since you canât reuse these.-Overall, the scent could be stronger as other reviews have mentioned.

Best mint scent – not overpowering
After trying many scents and products, this is my favorite. The scent is subtle, but you can smell the mint right away…make the shower a calm and peaceful experience.

Contains menthol – read ingredients
Partially may fault for not reading the full ingredients list, but the eucalyptus mint scent contains menthol not peppermint oil or something similar. Smell is incredibly medicinal as a result. Showering with these made my eyes water the menthol was so strong. A different scent might be more pleasant.

I kept mine on the lid of my body scrub on a stool at the end of our cubicle and it took a good few days for it to break down which was great… except that there was no smell. When I went back in to the bathroom just after the shower I would get a slight scent but then I’d sniff again and it would be gone!

Unfortunately unless you have a shower enclosure these will not work. I bought as a gift and because her shower was in her bath they did nothing. Very disappointing!
