Customers say
Customers find the toothbrush does an excellent job and appreciate its cleaning ability, leaving their mouth and teeth as fresh as after a dental cleaning. They like its lightweight design and ease of use, with one customer noting it takes up less room. The power and charging capabilities receive mixed feedback – while some say it lasts a long time, others find it lacks power, and several customers report issues with the charger.

Best electric toothbrush that’s out there…
I have 4 of these for myself between my primary ones here at my home and 2 at my second home for my wife and I. My dentist had first suggested I buy and use the Sonicare. The reason why I’m adding this review is that my Mom (who’s 100) had been given an electric toothbrush that was another brand and wasn’t happy with it… not only that, she couldn’t easily turn it on & off and was very frustrated.I bought this one for her and she’s been thrilled that it not only is easier to use, turn on and off, she loves the method of how it brushes her teeth. This is a great product and I highly recommend! And for an older parent, ease of use!

Great upgrade!
This was a new upgrade from my six year old electric toothbrush. Itâs lighter with a sensor to help control pressure and better tapered brush. It does an excellent job. The only critique is that I needed to order an adaptor to charge the new brush as it is not included. Good customer service & should have adaptor in a week. A free toothbrush is offered but you must buy into a subscription service. Overall, a good experience. Easy order, transaction through Amazon & fast shipment.

Surprising performance in a small package
I was disappointed with this when I opened it. It’s smaller and lighter than any Sonicare I’ve ever had. Has NO adjustments — just 2 settings — Low and High.Took it on an extended trip (over 2 weeks) and was surprised by its battery life. I took the small charger, and used it only once on the trip.Actually, on the HIGH setting, this toothbrush does everything I need, It’s light and it’s small – I’ve decided those are features rather than defects.

Reasonable Sonicare Toothbrush
These seem to last about 2 years before something goes wrong. They keep a charge for a long time and travel well.

For me , there great
My old Sonicare died after yrs of use so I replaced it with this model. Works the same and cleans the same as my old one. I had to use an old style toothbrush for a day until the new brush arrived. At 65 yrs old I grew up on a manual toothbrush. I havenât used one in yrs and have no desire to visit the past only when I have to. For me, the Sonicare toothbrush is great.

Not typical of Phillips quality, save your money
This sonic care toothbrush lasted only a year. After nine months there were issues with the control settings. This was after the membrane covering of the on/off/speed button had a hole from wear. It became progressively more difficult to turn on or off. Finally, one evening while I was sleeping it turned itself on. After I managed turning it off it did so repeatedly until it would not turn off. The switch is not very well thought out as the cover wears out and I suspect water gets in. My previous Sonic lasted ten years.

Best quality for price.
I have had 3 Phillips toothbrushes. This is the only one I have bought that was the most expensive one that everyone raves about. However, aside from being slightly smaller an not having as many functions (that often go unused anyways) this is every bit of the toothbrush brush quality I am used too. Only at fraction of the cost of my go to model.I was extremely skeptical, but that was over the moment my first brush began.Excellent product!
