Thick and Ineffective
I waited while after purchasing in order to write a more honest, accurate review.First off, Iâve seen zero change. Product is hard to squeeze out of tube and too thick. One sip from a drink and itâs gone.My lips didnât feel moisturized, just grease-slathered. After a few weeks of twice a day application, unfortunately, this product doesnât work.

Itâs a so so. Need more time to see results
The formula for this is thick so odd to put it in a tube. I had to return one cause it popped open at the bottom seam. Once applied though the formula has no chemical smell but a slight scent to it. Canât quite put my finger on what the scent is. But it is pleasant, so far Iâve had this for two weeks and used it twice daily and have seen little improvement. I do recommend to use a sugar lip scrub to get faster results. If this came in a chapstick style or a pot it would be great. Also more realistic before and after pictures would be great. I included a before in the beanie and an after.

I love how moisturizing this balm is even though after you rub it in, it feels like water is on your lips. I havenât seen a change in my lip color yet but I use this through out the day when I feel my lips are dry. I already put a dent in the container from using it so much lol.

I love this. I’ve always had a dark upper lip, even tried lip tattooing and that only helped some. This product does work you just have to be consistent with using it twice a day.Also if you understand how vitamin c works, you know that it primarily prevents more dark marks/pigment from happening. That means you have to exfoliate your lips at least once a week to slowly get rid of the old skin because it’s not going to lighten that. The new skin will be lighter if you’ve been putting this on consistently. If you want more moisture just give it some time to soak in and apply something else on top but I mainly got it to brighten and use as a natural sunscreen for my lips so I’m not mad that it isn’t super moisturizing.

I have been using bariederm always & have tried a lotta other lip balms which failed to what they advertise. Skeptically purchased this one after reading the reviews & I must say now I like it even more than bariederm. It truly does what it says. It moisturises the lips for a long time & lightens pigmented lips.Wonderful product. Go for it.Minimalist lip balm is one thing that everyone should have. Its handy & at a very good price for the kinda quality.
