This is a quick and easy way to get a general temperature. What we found was the temperature this device provided was a little bit off from the ear thermometer that we normally use. But it was easy to use and great to see the red when somebody had a fever.

Great Thermometer for Travel
If youâre traveling and you want an easy to use small thermometer, this is a great item. Iâve been carrying this one for traveling (in case I get sick). Itâs about the size of my thumb and is easy to pack. I tested it against both a larger forehead thermometer and under the tongue thermometer, and it was accurate. It seems to be well-made – Iâve had it for about 3-4 months and so far so good. Unlike an old-fashioned thermometer that goes under the tongue, or the larger wand-type forehead thermometers, this one is really convenient for travel.

Unreliable readings for fever but great for travel!
I wanted a travel thermometer and this little thing is absolutely perfect for this! It is easy to use and is really small. I didn’t really have to use it until yesterday, but the readings for fever were very inconsistent. I measured my daughter’s forehead temperature and it was anywhere between 101F and 104.5F. I took like 20 measurements, and there really was no consistency. She definitely had a fever, but my hand would have sufficed for that. I really wanted to know how bad it was to decide if taking her to the doctor. This morning, she feels still warm to the touch, and the thermometer reads somewhere between 99F and 102F. So still a lot of inconsistencies in measurement unfortunately. I will keep using it for travel purposes, but will look for something more reliable for home use.

Perfect for work!
It fits perfectly in my scrubs pocket. Lost my other thermometer because it was a bigger one, but it was the smallest at the time I got it, but it was still big enough to fall out of my pocket!! My patients love it too. They think itâs so cool being so tiny and love the colored light up feature. Itâs been spot on when Iâve compared it with other trust-worthy thermometers. Cleans easily.
