Its like they knew what I prayed forðð½
Okay, let me start by saying I am a huge skeptic. I need to research things to the nine’s and read legit reviews before I buy anything new.I have had cavities from a very young age and receeding gumlines all my life. At age 50, I have gone all natural, got rid of everything toxic, and got really healthy. I have been listening to Dr. HUBERMAN podcast on you tube and found one he did on oral health. He gets very detailed about how to heal your oral health. He spoke specifically about hydroxyapetite and xylitol and their benefits.I then started searching for mouthwashes with these ingredients because i am seriously concerned my teeth are going to fall out from these receeding gums. I have been told all my life there was nothing you can do. I knew in my gut that was a lie. I knew there had to be a way to heal our mouths naturally.Then found BOKA. I got them. I tried them. I lOVE THEM! They are perfect! They are minty fresh, easy to use, makes my mouth feel clean and if they actually do heal my mouth….then awesome sauce!I read all the reviews. I see the after taste. But, i think its a personal choice. I like the after taste. It tastes and feels like a clean mouth.I feel the tinglyness. Yes. But I believe from my health and science background it is the mint, aloe, probiotics and everything else stimulating the skin and blood to start the regeneration of skin and mineral. Clean and fresh
I love the boka toothpaste. Been using it for months now which is why I decided to try these mouthwash tablets. I like how my mouth feels after using them and I appreciate having the products made from clean ingredients. My only complaint is that I donât love the gritty texture when chewing the tablet. I would prefer a liquid mouthwash in general if I had to choose between liquid or tablet. I also feel like you donât get a lot for the investment you make. Clean ingredients are always more pricey and I accept that. However is comparison to purchasing a bottle of mouthwash, it just seemed little expensive. In general, I didnât know if I would prefer one or the other so I decided it was worth a try. Iâll give it 4 stars since it made my mouth feel clean but dockA little off due to the gritty texture and cost.

Great Mouthwash with Hydroxyapatite!
This is great! Made the switch away from Fluoride years ago. However, the market for mouthwashes that are not as disruptive to your mouth biome is lacking … enter this product! Only thing is that it leaves a funny taste in my mouth for a while after use. Not a complaint – the flavor is great.

These taste very harsh, almost like they are not made to ingest. However, they do the job they are labeled for and freshen your breath.

Pretty good!
I’ve been using them for about a week so far before bed. The flavor is great, I have been noticing that my mouth feels better afterwards, the pinhole cavities that I have are no longer bothering me either. I would say I love them and I’m a new regular customer if it weren’t for one thing: I have a mild allergy to aloe, and it contains aloe. So for that reason, I won’t be ordering them again, but I do love them.

Irritating to gums, chalky then slimy, leaving mouth feeling dirty
I only used these a few times – but my gums got terribly irritated, it made my mouth feel dirty and slimy. There are small bits that donât dissolve. After reading the ingredients, I can see the gum irritants like papain- after all itâs a meat tenderizer. Isomalt is first ingredient which is yucky. Then there two sugars – xylitol and stevioside. Plus Acacia gum which I avoid because gum additives are emulsifiers and cause gut distress. Limonene and Linolool are irritating to your gums – Iâve thrown away other organic toothpastes that contained these two irritants. Also, this product description claims of no alcohol, but there are ingredients that contain plant alcohols in these tablets. These will go into the trash.

Rough texture on the teeth when chewing is concerning and the color once dissolved is yellow which is a staining concern. Doesn’t dissolve fully and chewed bits remain on teeth requiring brushing.
