Acid-resistant casing means that the probiotics can survive their trip to where they are needed!
I have tried many “gut health” products as part of the Vine Review program. Some are definitely better than others. But I think I might have finally found the perfect one. Here’s why:The pros:1) 100 billion CFUs (how can they possibly count them?). I am not a doctor, so I don’t know what the right number should be, but that seems larger than most, but what I like is that there are 20 strains of probiotics, which helps bring balance and diversity, which I suppose means that there is a better chance that at least some or all of the probiotics will help with digestive health.2) I like that there are also prebiotics in the mix, as well as some digestive enzymes, further contributing to your overall gut health and supporting regularity. I especially like that it appears that much of the prebiotic is fiber.3) Acid-resistant capsules – so that you don’t spend your hard-earned money on probiotics only to have them dissolve in your stomach.4) I wondered why the product was marketed for men, then I read that the probiotics also include saw palmetto, which is supposed to be associated with healthy prostate function. I also appreciate that there is a little bit of cranberry and vitamin C , purportedly to support urinary tract health.5) The pills themselves are a little smaller than some of the other probiotics I have tried. They are much easier to swallow than some of the ones that remind me of something you would give a horse…..6) You get 90 days of product at the recommended 2-pills a day (according to the label directions)7) Manufactured in a GMP-certified facility, which ensures at least a modicum of manufacturing safety.The cons:1) Since I already spilled the beans and commented that I think I found the perfect probiotic supplement, it is probably no surprise that I cannot find any substantial negatives to list. In fact, the only criticism I have for this product is the impossibly small print on the dietary information label – perhaps that is because there is so much jammed into one product that they would need a bigger bottle if they wanted to use larger print. But then again, that really isn’t a negative, is it?

Works well but vitamins can build up
This probiotic works really well as a probiotic and I really feel like it was helping me with my gut.The problem comes in with the added multivitamin.I was having good results with the probiotic but after a while I felt like I was getting too much of something else in there, probably a vitamin and I had to discontinue use for awhile.I do have a B12 deficiency but I think maybe one of the other B vitamins was getting built up in my system.I was only taking one capsule a day too.I will go back on them after a little breakYou do get a lot of them and they are a good value.I feel like they helped my gut even after I discontinued using them.

Powerful mixture
As an herbalist, I’m always looking at what out there that may help my patients, based on actual scientific research. This mixture of live gut bacteria contains some of the best species proven to benefit the gut as well as the gut-brain axis. The fact that it contains chicory root inulin, which is super nourishing for gut bacteria, shows the care that went into formulating these. Since taking them, I’ve noticed a definite improvement in my skin, mood, and bowel movements.If you’ve ever been on oral antibiotics, you gut bacteria is likely all messed up. This will repopulate it with the species science has shown you need. 90 days worth for this price is an amazing deal. Taking it for three months, assuming you continue to eat cleanly and don’t require antibiotics for something, your gut should be good to go for a long time!

They seem to work well
These seem to be a good quality probiotic. They arrived sealed. The capsules are somewhat large, but they’re pretty easy to swallow. They seem to be having a positive effect, I haven’t noticed as much gas or other gastrointestinal issues since I started taking them.
