Really works!
Iâve been using this face wash and acne treatment for a few months now, and Iâm really impressed. The face wash is gentle yet effective, leaving my skin feeling clean without drying it out. It lathers nicely and has a light, refreshing scent. I see a significant reduction in breakouts within just a few days. I notice a difference in my skin whenever I stop using it. Unfortunately, the benzoyl peroxide in this product causes fabric stains due to its bleaching effect. I noticed bleach stains on some of my colored towels after using this treatment so just be cautious of that.

One of the only things that works
As others have stated, this is formulated different than other Benzoyl Peroxide treatments so it’s not the same as getting a cheap tube at the grocery store and…. Trust me… I wish it was and I defiantly tried to make that a reality for years to no avail. For whatever reason, this is in a category of it’s own. Since I have a tendency to get dry skin, I don’t use it daily and when I do, I rinse fairly quickly. I’ve been able to build a little tolerance to it and use it on days when I don’t use my Retin-a. I don’t get acne like I used to and the Ret is more for anti-aging purposes but since there’s this weird trickery that happens for some of us in our 30’s, I get zits and wrinkles. Life is cruel. I got my mom hooked on it now too…. Which unfortunately means that trickery can still take place well into your 60’s by the way. Good thing we have this stuff though I suppose.

I’m 38 and still have an oily face and get breakouts every now and then and the only thing that works is this stuff. I’ve been using only step 1 for about 15 yrs and still use it for my daily wash.

Proactiv is great for my skin, so I was happy to find the cleanser at a reasonable price. When I opened it the expiry date was less than 6 months. Amazon was happy to give me a refund.
